Invite-only · founding clients

Your morning, already sorted.

While you sleep, your own AI reads your email and calendar, works out what actually needs you, and lays it on one clean board — waiting with your coffee.

How it works

1

Connect your Claude

Your briefing runs inside your own Claude account — the AI you already use, with the email and calendar you already connected to it. We hand Claude the playbook; it does the morning reading.

2

Morning & midday runs

Every morning (and again at midday) it triages the noise, drafts replies for the routine stuff, briefs your meetings, and posts one readable board here.

3

Clear the day

Tick what’s done, snooze what can wait, search everything you’ve ever been asked. Or just tell Claude — “push that to Monday” — and the board keeps up.

Not a feed — a playbook

Your briefing runs on a customizable Claude routine— a playbook written in plain English that doesn’t just tell you what needs doing. It starts the work.

✍ Drafts, ready to send

Routine replies show up as drafts in your own outbox — the invoice chase, the scheduling confirm, the polite nudge. You review, you hit send. Nothing ever sends itself.

⚡ A prompt for the hard stuff

Judgment calls arrive with a pre-loaded Claude prompt — all the context gathered, the question framed. Copy it into Claude and the work is already half done.

📖 Your rules, in plain English

“Always draft the invoice chases.” “Never auto-draft the lawyer.” “Brief me before every board call.” The routine is a prompt — we tune it with you at onboarding, and it keeps learning your rules.

Optional add-on

📱 Texts too

For deals that close over iMessage: a read-only sweep on your own Mac, limited to contacts you allowlist, turns “yes — let’s do Friday” texts into board items so promises made by thumb don’t evaporate. It never sends a message, and your texts never leave your machine.

Two logins — on purpose

🔑 Your sign-in here

The Google account you sign in with is just your key to this dashboard. It can be any Google account — personal, work, whatever you keep handy. We read nothing from it but your name.

📬 Your briefing email

The inbox your briefing actually reads is whichever email is connected to your Claude account — set up there, never here. Work Gmail, Outlook, Google Workspace: your mail stays where it lives.

They don’t have to match — and often shouldn’t. That’s the design, not a bug.

Your mail never touches our servers

daily-briefing.ai stores your board — the to-dos, briefs, and meeting notes your Claude posts each morning. It never holds your email, your credentials, or your documents. All the reading happens inside your own Claude account, under your own logins, on your side of the fence. If you disconnect tomorrow, we were never holding anything but the board.

Built hands-on, by invitation

We onboard founding clients personally — your projects, your people, your rhythm are tuned by a human before the first morning run. That’s why there’s no sign-up button.
